1. Purpose

This website belongs to MAROC ROOMS LLC; a legally constituted USA travel company (License N°: DE 7314686) specialized in hotel reservation for Morocco. MAROC ROOMS acts as agent only in respect to all bookings we make on your behalf. For all bookings your contract will be with the accommodation provider concerned. The accommodation provider’s booking conditions will apply to your contract and the prices and cancellation policy shall be displayed when making each reservation. The website will guide you through the booking procedure.

2. Modification of terms and condition

Marocrooms may make improvements or changes to the information, elements, data, services, and other materials on this website, at any time without notice, and can not guarantee that access to the website will be uninterrupted or fault free.

3. Age and responsibility

You warrant that you are 18 years of age or over and have legal capacity to use Marocrooms website and to create a legally binding contract. You also warrant that all personal information submitted during accommodation bookings and membership registration are correct and you accept financial responsibility for all transactions made under your name or account.

4. Reservation

Simply search for your chosen destination and dates, select your preferred accommodation provider and proceed to the final reservation page making sure that you have given us your email address and valid credit card information. Please ensure you carefully check the dates, the prices, the destination and the accommodation provider details before proceeding with your booking request. All the prices displayed on our website according to seasons are negotiated between us and the participating hotels, and they may be different from the prices published by the hotels elsewhere. Therefore, you should accept that the prices may be different at the time of reservation.

Confirmation of your reservation will be sent automatically by email and it is your duty to provide an accurate email address. In case your reservation is not accepted, we will try our best to provide you with another comparable alternative if possible, but you are freely entitled whether to accept such alternative.

Confirmation email will serve as proof of valid reservation and will contain relevant information of the reservation and particulars of the hotel concerned. Please read and check carefully all the information contained in our confirmation email to ensure that they conform to your reservation. This confirmation e-mail is to be taken as a Voucher. This voucher is proof of booking and should be presented by the customer to the hotel upon arrival. We strongly recommend you to print out a copy of this voucher and keep a copy for your records and a copy with you while travelling.

5. Payment and credit card information

When the booking is confirmed a guarantee deposit clearly displayed at the end of the reservation process will be charged to your credit card. The remaining balance of the hotel room(s) reserved, as well as all other charges which you may incur during your stay at the hotel, will be settled by you in local currency at the hotel when you check out.

If your reservation is not confirmed, your credit card will not be charged. Payment transactions on Marocrooms website are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by some of the world's leading banks.

This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone other than the financial institutions required to process payment instructions.

There is no charge, no fee to use our booking system for hotel reservations.

6. Booking Cancellation

You may cancel or modify your booking at any time prior to your arrival date. To cancel or change a booking before your arrival to the hotel please contact Marocrooms by email or telephone. To modify bookings after arrival please contact the hotel directly.

Each hotel dictates its own cancellation policy of any valid and confirmed reservation. Therefore, you are strongly advised to read carefully such terms and conditions which are displayed on our website before you make your reservation. You will be bound by such terms and conditions once your reservation is confirmed.

When your reservation is cancelled, the security deposit is fully refunded to you, minus the additional processing fee that may apply in some cases as clearly stated during the reservation process. However, when penalties do apply, based on the terms and conditions of the hotel, we will charge your credit card and refund the hotel.

All disputes relating to cancellation of reservations shall be dealt with or settled directly between you and the hotel concerned, and we will not be involved or be responsible in any way except to arrange for the refund of the security deposit, to provide information needed to calculate the penalties that apply. The hotel have the right of compensation for the room(s) that have been reserved and blocked for you, as you have the right of compensation in case your room is not available.

No Show : In the event of a no show without prior warning you may have to pay for all or some of the nights that you booked, this depends on the accommodation providers’ cancellation and no show policy. This policy is set out in the confirmation email that you receive from Marocrooms.

7. Complaints or issues with your accommodation

In the unlikely event that you have reason to complain or experience any problems with your accommodation please inform the accommodation reception staff or management immediately, to enable them to take appropriate action. Should you not be satisfied with the solutions offered, please contact Marocrooms Customer Services, and we will offer all reasonable assistance to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.

8. Indemnification

Marocrooms acts as an independent intermediary in the contracting of accommodation and other services, and shall thus not be held liable for death, injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, theft, delays or any other irregularity which may arise, whether directly or indirectly, from the supply of services by the accommodation provider or other suppliers which have been contracted via this system. The contract is made between you and the hotel concerned and so you should make all your claims or complaints against or settle it directly with the hotel concerned.

9. Security

The confidential data which are channeled between your computer and the system are encrypted thanks to the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). The payment by bank card shall be made in a secure manner thanks to very sophisticated payment systems. We routinely monitor and upgrade our security systems to ensure that we use the best security technology available.

10. Disputes

In case of dispute between Marocrooms and the customer, the parties agree, to seek an amicable solution together before proceeding with any legal action, any possible claim should be sent within a thirty-day period without appeal after the customer's departure. In the event where no amicable settlement is found, only Marrakech courts will have jurisdiction to settle the dispute. In the event of disputes between the supplier and the customer, Marocrooms should not be held liable.
